  • Integration of third-party APIs and platforms
  • Development of web and mobile applications
  • Technical support and maintenance for digital systems

All services are subject to project-specific agreements, proposals, or contracts signed separately.

3. Use of the Website

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every effort to deliver high-quality services, Delight OptoElectronics India shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of business, revenue, or data
  • Downtime or service issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Zoho)

Use of our services is at your own risk.

8. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Our services may involve use of third-party platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, Shopify, Zoho Creator). We are not responsible for:

  • Changes in pricing or policies by third parties
  • Functionality limits or disruptions caused by third-party services
  • Licenses or subscriptions required by clients for using those platforms

9. Confidentiality

Any information shared by clients during the course of a project will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without written consent, unless required by law.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding payments must be cleared
  • Any remaining deliverables will be handed over as per contract terms
  • We reserve the right to retain partial rights to code or assets until full payment is received

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the website or services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
